wrong, it did not share the 6G73 engine with the 3000GT, it shared it with the Chrysler Cirrus, Chrysler Sebring, Dodge Stratus, and Mitsubishi Diamante, which as we all know are extremely cool and powerful cars!
If it had the 3000GT engine that thing would rock.
