You got the locking bit right, but you forgot the snappy comment. Like this:

Him: "Where do I put the front license plate?"

You: "Come here and I'll show you..."

I have mine on the front and back of my mkv because nj has the stupidest laws.

Yeah, screw NJ!!! I was born and raised there.

I put mine next to the spare tire. OH requires one but I never had one on my Jeep for six years and don't plan on putting one on the front of my GTI ever. No holes are getting drilled into my bumper.
