Easy....
The small scratches that are not through the paint you can buff out with a compound that is formulated to remove scratches. Then put another coat of sealer and wax over it.
The scratches that are through the paint you will have to order a touch up kit through VW. Looking at your name I assume you have a United Gray GTI like myself. I will tell you right now it's tough trying to match up the metallic paint!
