Took her to the wash today and found some tiny scratches on the shiny chrome plated plastic VW trunk handle. Any products out there to undo this evil? (OK so its not that bad...still stings)

I would try a normal scratch removal product...ie, "Scratch X". Buff it in really well, let it sit, buff it out. If it doesn't do the trick the first time, repeat the process. Also, run your fingernail over the scratch, if you can feel a noticable burr in the paint, that means that the scratch runs somewhat deep. Either way, try a scratch removal product, it should take care it for the most part.
