The dealership told me never to change the transmission fluid in my manual transmission or else i'll start to have transmission problems. Is this true?

Hahahahahaha! You need a new dealer. Period. If they tell you that you should never change your transmission fluid because you will start to have problems then they have problems. You need to change your TF and it is also recommended in the manual. O0

yea i put pennzoil syncromesh (from advanced) in mine a couple months ago and it was a huge improvement. i had a 2nd gear grind that it took care of and all the shifts were waay smoother (110k miles on original fluid had taken its toll)
