I'd love to run that set up, of course you gotta read the warning at the bottom that states all engine internals should be upgraded so tack on about another 3k to the money for the kit and you're all set! lol

is the k04 that much bigger than the k03???

It's not about the size, it's the compressor itself. Better spool and boost more. Heard people spike over 25psi with them. Just a K04 and apr chip with a tbe throws down 275whp... (Most K04 upgrade kits come with the software for the chip, send the ecu out blah blah blah...)

With a Chip, Intake, Full exhaust and front mount most people will see anywhere from 220-250whp, torque curves to match. Just depends on the company and how free flowing the systems are.

more bends = poor flow
less angled bends = better flow
bigger piping = better flow

Carbonio probably has the best intake available for the mkiv platform.

Not really, their intake for an mkiv runs around 300$. Solid product, plus it's completely carbon fiber, pretty cheap for an intake of that build quality.

You really want to confuse them, put a jetta front end on it and completely pull off any badging
