Throttle Steering

Fasters, I have read that the GTI on a windy road can almost be throttle steered through a turn. I know we have maniacs out there, so please sound off with your experience. Thanks........ ;)

Explain your definition of "throttle steering". You're definitely on to something.
Isn't throttle steer when you are able to change the direction of your fast, when it's in a turn, by applying only throttle and not the use of steering inputs?
Depending on the use, that would be VERY counter-productive. Very rarely does throttle and steering input ever work in a car without aero-grip. Short of maybe six cars out there on the road today, NO street cars rely on aero-grip. Typically you want EITHER throttle or steering, but if your car is "working" right, you can sometimes get away with early throttle input. Have I confused anyone, because I'm really confused right now!
