I just got my fast back from the body shop and now the cd player won't work its the in dash six disc and when i press the cd button it just says "CDC Hardware Error", i was wondering if anyone had seen this before and if anyone knew anything about what it meant.

it mean youy need to go back to the dealer and bitch some more at them and get your radio replaced

I had that problem when I put a CD full of .APL audio files into the player (hadn't configured iTunes correctly, to rip in .mp3 format yet).

Is it a regular audio CD you put in?

i got this same stupid thing to. pretty much has to go to the dealer right?
