Could this be the new R36 in heavy camo? A member sent me this pic of his buddy's car. Wouldn't it be cool if VW Unpimped some rough older GTIs?

And as a joke, I think it's actually pretty successful. That's goddamn funny, right there.

I don't know just think of the possibilities of using cardboard. Light weight, sturdy, attractive...and recylcable! ;D

Not to mention inexpensive to replace should a speed bump sneak up on you. Plus instead of having to take the kit into a body shop for paint, you can just go to the hardware store and pick up a $6 can of Krylon.

The funny thing is that I could probably supply this group with as many new "spy" photos as you can handle. Between the proving grounds being about 15 mins. away from where I work, and the fact that they drive all the new VW/AUDI prototypes 24hrs a day 7 days a week for reliability, right past my "office". Also they do a lot of track testing at the track. If only I was quicker with a camera!
