Sat readio antenna Location

I have a sirius radio installed courtesy of VW w 3 yrs programming.

I currently have it installed in the pan on top of the dash , hotwired to the elec system. Now I have the antenna sticky taped on the upper part of the window dash because the antenna's are getting ripped off by kids.

However reception is not the best. Each time I pass under an overpass I get cutout.

Any suggestion as to where I can put the antenna short of placing it ont he roof. Or better is there a better antenna that can be integrated with the car??
