My car got rear-ended 6 months ago. It is still not fixed properly.

A)What rights do I have?

B)Is there a way I can demand a new car from the insurance company?

C)Is there a statute of limitations that limits the amount of time the insurance company has to fix the car properly?

Tell your insurance company that you are not happy and post the name of the auto body shop here so we can all avoid them. I'm betting they are part of a chain that offers special deals to insurance companies such as Service King and Craig's Collision. What a bunch of butchers!

i would take it to a shop that you pick out and get a quote for the damage.... then fax the estimate to your insur rep and tell them about it.... or take it back to the shop that did the repair as most places guarantee their work

Find out who your closest Porsche dealer's body shop is- and take in there for an estimate. Then contact your insurance company.
