My radio in my '03 GTI will not work. I just bought the car and I am a new VW owner. I was told that it needed a new fuse but that does not seem to be the case. The radio is the only thing that will not turn on. Any comments/suggestions????

are you sure its not the fuse.. there is like 45 different fuses for this car.

Because it's the only thing that won't turn on leads me to believe that it is the fuse. Did you replace it? Is the radio aftermarket? More info please.

I had the same problem with my car a while back, radio didnt turn on but every thing else did.. lights horn everything... i didnt even buy a new fuse i just took it out and put it back in right away and radio turned on fine

No aftermarket radio what fuse number would it be encase I have the wrong fuse
