These codes are coming up, the car was running really slow previously but got the Turbo Intake hose replaced, now the car runs great..but my CEL is still on.

Engine: AWW

16487 - Mass Air FlowSensor (G70)
P0103 0 35-10 - Signal too High - Intermittent

17705 - Pressure Drop between Turbo and Throttle Valve (Check D.V.!)
P1297 - 35-00

16795 - Secondary Air injection System
P0411 -35-00 Incorrect Flow Detected

17511 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Heating; B1 S1
P1103 -35-10 Performance too Low - intermittent

Also I have an Airbag code..should I be worried?
00532 - Supply Voltage B+
07-10- Signal too low 0 Intermittent

Also Some Subsystem codes
00912 - Window Regulator Switch; Front Left (E40)
27-10 Implausible Signal - Intermittent
00944 0 Heated Exterior Mirror - Passenger Side (Z5)
35-10 -- Intermittent

The guy I took it too told me that only one code would go away since he worked on it would be the P1297, and refused to reset the codes... he said the rest would stay...but he was kind of a jerk so I didn't push the issue, I would assume after you fix a huge leak in the turbo you would clear all the codes and drive it after to see if any other codes would go away but that is just my logic. He also had a laundry list of items I needed to fix..including the fuse box which he said was melted or warped? Could a short be causing all this?

In the past year the following has been replaced:
- new spark plugs
- new mass air flow sensor
- new coil packs and coil pack harness
- new timing belt
- new water pump
- new fuel filter
- new turbo intake hose

Anyways, anyone have any insight to this?
Could they all be related to the same thing?
How do I clear the codes?

Try to find a local that has VCDS and will clear them for you? I would guess all the other codes could be related to the massive boost leak you had. Since, they all seem to be measuring air flow.

"Intermittent codes are often stored during low outside temperature when the battery capacity goes down and may be ignored."
So most of the codes I have are it looks like it just may be the Secondary Air pump or a vacuum leak somewhere between there.

Anyone know how to test the air pump to see if its working or not?
