I was fixing a speaker in my door panel, when I decided to open the hatch to get some electrical tape. I used the key because I already removed my hatch-unlock button from my door [don't ask why I didn't press the button on the key]. I turned the lock clockwise and the entire locking mechanism turned with it. Obviously, I should've turned the key counter-clockwise to unlock it. Obviously, my lock is now broken.
Can somebody tell me if they've ever encountered/heard of this problem? I can't get my hatch open at all now, and I would love to be able to fix this myself, although something tells me that German engineering is against me on this one
I'm so frustrated with everything in my car breaking. You know you're having a bad day when you look UP to Hondas [suicide]
