well i basically went to VW (Fr) to get the GTi and they opened a sample book with about 100 colours and said choose...i thought these two suited the black magic best

We get a choice between all-gray leather and interlagos plaid fabric that doesn't even have the GTI logo on it.

well i think here VW dont do it themselves, they send them out to be done on order. so i'm sure you have the same stuff over there, find someone who restores car interiors give them your gti (or the seats at least ;D) and they'll do it!!

I'm thinking what I'd really like to see on my leather seats is just a red trim all around (to go with the fabric GTI floor mats) and some red stitching over the GTI logo so that it stands out more.
