i was researching getting my chip flashed and i found a GIAC retailer in CT but it was about 2.5hours away. i decided to bite the bullet, make an appointment, and drive to the retail shop. i couldnt wait to feel the improvement the chip would have on my car. i finally get there and the dealer reminds me that the program is $300 and labor is $87. i give him my keys and go to the waiting room. about 15 minutes later the dealer asks me i ive ever had my chip flashed before and i tell him that i bought the car about 8 months earlier and that i have never had the chip flashed. he leaves me in the waiting room only to come back 5 minutes later to tell me that my car has already been flashed
