I can't remember what website it was, but there was a site where you can type in anything and order it on a Euro style plate. The picture below is a sample I got off that site.

Just did a google search for "european license plates" and there's a ton of places that do them and let you customize.

People blur out their plates to avoid problems... I could cause someone a bunch of headaches (if I was that type of person) if I had their plates... best to blur 'em out

I had the same plate on my old car from PA, but the GTI is registered in NC where I now live.

I think he is talking about getting state issued personalized/vanity plates.

If your state doesn't have a front plate law- you can put what ever you want on the front.
