My 2013 golf 7 gti has a knocking noise coming from the engine driver side it so untolarable and it's gets very loud when it goes over 10000rpm and it pops up the oil light reads "oil pressure ,check manual" the car just came back from service . What could be wrong ? It has done 198440 kms

Hahaha I put extra 0 there by mistake . Now team I find crushed metal on the samp , what could be wrong ? I've opened the engine but not completely

Did you say you found metal in the oil pan? In what form, aluminum flakes?large pieces? Chunks of thick aluminum? Please be more specific.
