If you have had problems uploading pics, avatars, etc. for the last couple of days, it was because we were hit by a Hacker the other day and I had to restore the site. Restore defaults to read only. So I'm in the process of making the directories writable again. Should be done by 9:30 PST

LOL, we get hit by a hacker every few weeks. I just keep consistent backups and usually we don't miss a beat and nobody even notices. 8) If we miss anything, it's usually just an hour or so and they usually hit at low traffic times so no one really notices.
