i got a ding about 6 inches behind the passanger side door... damn butt muches slamin open their doors with no care in the world

I did that too with my MKIV I had...

hit a foot rail on some guys truck... didnt do anything to the footrail... and gave me a nice ding halfway up the driver's door... luckily it didnt chip the paint... the repairs weren't that bad...

but did i feel like an ass after it happened... :-[

I noticed my first little ding the other day it is on the molding on the driver side door, it was very very depressing. Especially with this being my first ever brand new car. it hurt a little more.
