The rubber hoses connect to metal hard lines, right under the firewall, should be covered by a metal trim piece. So all you need is to run the an fitting from the hard to your new lines then to the oem hard lines. You could cut the hard line, put an an fitting on and flare it, or I can show you how my dads mustang lines are connected. There's a rubber hose inside of the braided line and a hose clamp that hides inside the fake an fitting.

Braided lines are a PIA unless you get a complete hose with fittings already connected. You have to have a special clamp tool to crimp the fittings on. Hard lines are not difficult but you still need to flare for AN fitting thus you need a tool. I'm running all hard lines with a rubber hose from the regulator since it will only see ~30psi max. I would determine the stock hardline size for feed and return then access them, slide your AN fitting the AN sleeve over the line and flare it. Then take a piece of rubber hose and use it to measure the length braided line you need to the rail. I would try to find a pre-crimped hose close to that length and use it rather than buying the tools to make 4 crimps then collect dust.
