So it's a widely accepted fact that everyone here loves the GTI, however there must be some cars that you would love to have more than anything else. What's on your list?

My list is extraordinarily long but I'll just mention a few:
Bugatti Veyron
Pagani Zonda F Roadster
MB CL 65
Porsche 911 Turbo
Saleen S7 Twin Turbo
Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Roadster ( when it comes out)
Ferrari 599 GTB
Gumpert Apollo
Caparo T1
SLR Mclaren

2006 GTI of course!

In no particular order:

1969 Dodge Charger R/T
70's Dodge Challenger R/T
'98 Dodge Viper R/T
Noble M15 (when it gets here)
Koenigsegg CCX
2006 VW GTI (I actually had dreams about owning it before I got it)
Ducati Desmosedici RR (motorcycle, but still)
Lotus Exige
The General Lee (dukes of hazard)
Kit (knight rider)
A green Ferrari Indy Car
Lamborghini Miura
Military-equpped Hummer H2 (with those rims that make digital LED-light pictures (look em up))

I'd go on, but the list is probaly longer than most of you would care to know.
Let's just say I'd drive anything that goes fast, looks cool, or has muscle, and that doesn't originate from Asia.

hah all american cars and then the GTI hah... interesting.
personally right now a somewhat realistic affordable dream car would be the new corvette z06 or the new Audi RS4/6. those are sick

I like to be able to work on my own cars.

The Porsche, Ferrari, and Lambo's of the world are tough to work on when you're a shade tree mechanic. I got my kick driving those years ago when I worked at a dealership that sold six figure cars. They are fun but you get a big head really quick and usually end up driving them stupid.

Now if I owned the Daytona race track then yes...cars like that would be found in my garage. Along with a full time mechanic!

Audi RS4/6 (is there an 8?)
Porsche 911 Turbo (any generation, just as long as it's red)
Porsche Carrera GT
Any model Ferrari
Any model Lambo
Mercedes SL600

Intermediate dream cars, perhaps my next car if I get a couple promotions:
Audi TT
Audi S4

Fuck, I'm having to type every message twice cause of that damn error that says "you have already posted this message".

What I originally typed was "Whatever the best version of the SL is. It's not at the top of my list, but as a roadster it's my top pick. That and maybe a Jaguar XKR.

Ferrari on a budget! Little fixer-up-er but you can probably get it less than a new GTI.
ROFL! Is that blood on the bumper?!?!

Oh, and add the Ariel Atom to my list. Jeremy Clarkson says it's the funnest thing he's ever driven. I trust him.
