You'll get your ass handed to you. On the straights and twisties. That is one mean car. Even with the non-M the GTI wouldn't stand a chance. I used to have a Z3 and that car was fun. I am in love with the new Z4 coupe. I wish I could have gotten that instead of the GTI, but that is in a whole new price range that I wasn't willing to pay. Just wait until next year when they migrate the twin-turbo 3.0 to the Z4. That will be phat, yo... :'(

i have more torque then it does and i know the DSG will give me a huge advantage over his manual tranny... it should be closer then you think >. GIAC tuned GTI's dont play around

Anybody taken on a Crossfire yet? I had some old doctor type messin around behind me at a red light the other day, so I doused him with exhaust on green.. I think he stalled tho, cuz i pulled away faster than i thought possible...anyone care to offer insight?

The other day i was driving on the interstate minding my own business when some wanna be bad ass pulled up next to me in a Lancer OZ rally and started messing around. I actually contemplated whether or not it was actually worth wasting the gas to put him in the dust. Well My fast took over and with my DSG i dropped it into 4th gear and gave it all she had. I'm pretty sure he didn't see that coming because i was doing like 75 and then in a matter of seconds i was up to well over 95 and he was still trying to downshift to the correct gear to keep up. This was my first real test of the true power of the GTI against another car, to bad it had to be a a Lancer and not something that could have given me some competition.

The IS 300 of yester-year is weak. Terribly disappointing in my opinion.

i raced an old IS 300 and it wasnt even close. thing didnt move at all. seemed to be super slow
