very good question but you'd have to climp in the back and releas the hatch it has a button on the back that you either push or pull to release it open
Dead Battery/Locked Hatch
Ok, maybe this is a stupid question, but when the battery dies for whatever reason :
, the hatch seems to lock itself and you cannot unlock it because there is no manual way of doing so. ...of course, one would think that the logical place to keep jumper cables would be in the hatch someplace, right? ... so....
