It is a split year so you need to make sure which one you need, but this is what appears to be torn right after the Y split hose.

You haven't told me which piece hose it is and if it is the right now I am linking you to. Yes this piece is important. This is a breather hose.

Then again, ECS has this one which is cheaper and may be cheaper if you pay for shipping. you can see the ends are a little different since it isn't OEM but should work just fine

You could probably get a regular hose and use a two way hose barb and hose clamps.
