2. Yeah, dead on. It has "magazine mix" mode. What would that represent? When you pay a bunch for a car, you want at least a decent stereo. It should actually play songs randomly from the magazine in magazine mix mode. The dealer didn't design the car, but they are still responsible for it!
If you bought a cd changer from Best Buy and it didn't behave as expected, I bet they'd replace it...
