There was a dude on eBay selling them out of Seattle I think, I'm probably just going to pick up a Carbon Fiber there all over the place.

Be careful with the carbon hoods, my friend got one and it faded and started showing cracks within a year. It really started looking like crap. I don't know if it's all of them that do it but I know he paid a lot for his and thought it was a good one. Ended up giving it away and buying a metal one that was already done.

K so I got another question. How do I get rid of the notch in my front bumper? Do I have to get a whole new bumber completely or is there a filler piece of some kind. Ive looked all over and cant find any "notchless" front bumpers or anything like that. but I know there is obviously a way to get rid of it. Im about to do a paint job and want to get all these little cosmetic mods done first.

ebay bruh, ive had to deal with this same problem myself in the past couple days because my front end was absolutely demolished. you can get a plastic insert for the bumper for like 5$ on ebay. i already received mine. obviously youll need to do some body work to make it clean and smooth.

Well I you can find the notch kit on ecstuning, http://www.ecstuning.com/Volkswagen-Golf_IV--1.8T/Search/SiteSearch/Notch_Kit/ES251319/ , you can use body filler but I'd say have someone that knows what their doing do it. Now for the extension I couldnt find vendors for it anymore, I bought one; Your Speedtech Boser Look Hood Extension for MK IV Volkswagen Golf/GTI/R32 shipped out on 03-21-2011.. Copied from the email. As you can see it has been like 2 years and I guess they stopped making them. Either way for the Carbon Fiber ones I personnally dont like CFjust because over time it may fade and the ones I see crack around the hinges.

Found it! metal boser hood extension. on ebay. but got another question. how do you get rid of the notch in the bumper right underneath the grill???
Have to fill that too. Most extension kits have a fill piece for the bumper.
