I'd also like to point out that the places where the Civic pulled ahead in that article, braking, skidpad, and slalom would have been different had the reviewers gotten the performance tires on the GTI like they did on the Si.

Man, Hondas are fucking ugly (inside and out). And look at that steering wheel, it's round!

Myself, I hardly drive at 6000RPMs, so I wouldn't get my money's worth in hp out of the SI. And only 139 lb-ft of torque? My old Jetta had that!

HAHA look how ugly that honda is. it looks old. like real old from the 90's. it looks like my MOMS car lol. why whould anyone in there right mind by a fwording honda? its like the lamest thing there is. I had 2 hondas in my life ( both donated from my mom when i was a poor kid) and both were lame the civic i had would stall out at a stop and need to be restarted. then sometimes it would not restart...not good. the perlude was a POS and needed work done all the time. so i dont why honda say they are so reiable. just look at the GTI and then look at the honda. the GTI is just better.
